It's always a shame the same buffet offer. Staff super friendly! The buffet gets smaller every time.

We have been there every now and then and have experienced the house as welcoming and in a great location. Inside, a renovation would be appropriate. All of this has fallen out of time. The dishes are accordingly. It is delicious. Unfortunately, we have already seen that some things are no longer filled up for the lunch buffet on the weekend. Which is a shame, because there are also guests who only come for lunch and do not take part in the whole brunch before. Hence, for the nice service and three stars for the area.

Very nice atmosphere in the house and very comfortably furnished. We were in the house for breakfast. Good selection for breakfast of different dishes, full English breakfast, Mediterranean cuisine, salads, ... we had yogurt, fresh fruit and more choice of juices at breakfast. Everything else great. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Buffet small but nice and more than sufficient. Style certainly not modern but fit and well. Clean and friendly, fair prices

We were there at Christmas and have the evening buffet (17 clock - 22 clock) eaten. We had ordered a table for 19:30 clock (this would not have been necessary, since not many guests were there). At 19:50 o'clock we were the first time at the buffet. Soups and appetizers were sufficiently available. However, only small remnants of Sauerbraten and roast deer were available (over 2 hours before buffet end) and these were contrary to the commitment of the kitchen staff not refilled. The grill plate (in my opinion not on a buffet, unless as a livecocking station) the guinea fowl and the goose legs did not look appetizing, as they were probably too long on the buffet and were therefore probably not the other guests more accepted. The salad buffet was also rather Spartan and when we were ready with the meal so far and wanted to get some dessert, was there without the rather spartan selection (canned-fruit salad, chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse, galleries, Donauwelle and Kirschgrütze) Reduced for a dessert buffet at Christmas, mousse au chocolate and Danube wave were out of print and was also no longer refilled and about 1 hour before buffet end. The taste was still there was okay, but the value for money was rather weak.

Well-prepared buffet, is quickly refilled, appetizers, main courses and dessert. Very cheap. Friendly staff. Clean rooms good breakfast in buffet form

So I'm sorry, but the food was just bad. And then to the price. That is not how it works!

It was cozy and tasty. We had the buffet and it was full of variety.

Quite pricey, no soap and etc in the bathroom. And checkout the night before. Not being able to sit in the room early.

Rustic restaurant with good food. We visited the old hunting lodge for the second time and were again completely satisfied with service and performance.

You get what you expect. We had decided for the lunch buffet and were satisfied. The selection of appetizers was great, the quality was good and there was something for every taste. The main course buffet did not look quite fresh but was perfectly fine and in good taste. The food was well seasoned and available in sufficient quantity. Also for dessert there was a sufficient selection in good quality. All in all good German food with a few international touches. On good middle class level, not better but not worse.

The buffet as well as the service are fabulous. If you are looking for a quiet and contemplative place to enjoy a tasty meal with the family, then this is the location an insider tip.

Tasty and cozy but I have to deduct a point because everything is a bit getting old and the food in the 80's stopped. Nevertheless, we were all satisfied and fed. No pictures taken.

Great buffet with a lot of variety and yummy desserts, friendly staff!

Its an old hotel and restaurant, the only go-to location in a small village. Lots of people go there on the weekends, many of them tourists that are passing by. The food is really good, sometimes you can choose whatever you like from a buffet. The restaurant itself got a raunchy old atmosphere.

Ali the manager of the hotel is not fair, always tries to get some extra unforeseen money from you: on water, damages, baby beds! It was a very bad experience for us & our friends, would better recomend to go to other hotels in the area which are cheaper and much nicer!
